Dress up your Easter Eggs with a spicy wrapper.

Italian Asparagus and Egg Salad Recipe – Chicken and asparagus with tomatoes and eggs.

Scotch Eggs  – There are also baked alternatives (History of the Scotch Egg) to this simple grab and go dish that I was able to put together in less than 15 minutes.

Peruvian Triple Sandwich – Club sandwich with tomato and avocado sometimes made with Raisins and Pecans
